We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Wine Steward to join our winery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and has an interest in wine and events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Serve wine and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Educate customers on wine selections and enhance their tasting experience.

Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tasting room, and surrounding areas.

Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas.

Schedule:

Saturdays are required. (Primary workday.)

Additional shifts may include Thursdays and Fridays.

 

Additional Opportunities:

Assist with planning, organizing, and managing winery events.

Contribute ideas to improve guest experience and programming.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable and punctual.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in wine. (Experience is a plus, but not required.)
